PROCEDURE FOR FEE PAYMENT

Fee is charged monthly for every student, However; advance payment can be made.
Fee at the time of admission is payable by Cash
Exact Fee can be paid online through the school website www.sfsjorethang.org
The name of the child / class / section / admission no. should be written at the back of the cheque and pay-in-slip.
Last date of payment is 10th of every month. Late payment fine is imposed thereafter till the last day of the month. The name of the child is liable to be struck off the rolls, if the fee is not paid by the end of the year.

NOTE:

Application Fee should be paid only in school office.
Admission Fee is onetime payment. Annual Fee & Tuition Fee have to be paid every year.
Tuition fee can be paid on monthly basis but a parent can pay the fees on quarterly / yearly basis with prior approval from the Principal.
Refund is not applicable once the session starts.

Depending on the time table / Number of school days in (Physical Presence) Online or offline class mediums shall be on the basis of final resolution of COVID Pandemic & as per the regulations of State / Central Govt.
