PROCEDURE FOR FEE PAYMENT

  • Fee is charged monthly for every student, However; advance payment can be made.
  • Fee at the time of admission is payable by Cash
  • Exact Fee can be paid online through the UPI , NEFT, IMPS or Direct Bank Transfer.
  • Once you pay through UPI like Goolge pay the screen shot with name of the child, class can be sent through Whatsaap no 9749241370
  • Last date of payment is 10th of every month. Late payment fine of Rs 5 per day is imposed thereafter till the last day of the month. The name of the child is liable to be struck off the rolls, if the fee is not paid by the end of the year.
  • Fees cannot be paid to the individual's account. It has to be paid in the School Account No Provided. 

NOTE:

  • Prospectus and Registration Fee should be paid only in school office.
  • Admission Fee and Faciliteis Enhancement Fees are  onetime payment.
  • Annual Fee, Development Fee is to be paid Annually in the beginning of the Year.
  • Tuition fee can be paid on monthly basis (within 7th Day of Every month) but a parent can pay the fees on quarterly / yearly basis with prior approval from the Principal.
  • Refund is not applicable once the fees are paid.
  • Fees are to be paid for 12 months irrespective of joining date. 
  • It is the responsibility of the parents to make sure that Fees are paid on time.
  • Fees for the months of Nov-Dec-Jan is to be paid by 15th Nov without fail. Admit Card for Annual/Promotion examination will issued only after the clearanace of the Fees.
